Employees are the product at the RGP. This global consulting firm was undergoing a transformation to broaden its services, deepen its relationships with clients and accelerate the growth of the business. To do this, it needed to attract and retain more and different high-quality talent. Bulldog Drummond was hired to modernize RGP’s approach to employer brand, help it stand out from the crowd and provide insight into its current employee experience.
As the employer brand work was one of the first tangible pieces of the transformation, we worked closely with the executive team as well as the core project team on this initiative. The result was an employer brand platform providing a solid foundation for messaging, web content and external campaigns coupled with a tagline that expressed exactly what RGP was about—Sleeves Up. In addition, we developed an employer brand identity, complementary to RGP’s master brand, that elevated external recruiting materials and internal communications.
