Each year Nestlé hosts a summit that brings together product innovation teams from around the country. Following a disappointing year in sales, Nestlé brought in Bulldog Drummond to create a custom two-day summit centered around Wellness with the goal of looking at new ways to innovate from the inside and the outside. Working alongside their core team, we developed The Innovation Lab—a team-based experience designed for the over 100 innovation leaders that came from a wide range of Nestlé companies. The summit focused on immersive learning, courageous experimentation, iterative cross-functional ideation and measurable outcomes.
The two days brought the innovation teams closer together and challenged the way Nestlé looks at innovation. We facilitated 12 working teams that developed over 40 dimensionalized concepts for commercialization across Nestlé’s various product divisions. The summit also helped educate the entire community about wellness as an established and significant trend.
