Challenge

Each year Lenovo holds learning experiences for the company’s top 300 executives at their Leading at Lenovo summits. In 2012, Bulldog Drummond, was asked to design a set of teachable innovation principles to be used in a traveling meeting experience held in Prague, Beijing and Raleigh. We engaged global leaders in an in-depth learning and development experience and created materials to cascade the working tools and principles across each division of this global company.

Result

Through our partnership, we educated and trained over 300 of Lenovo’s leaders in human-centered design thinking, equipping them with the tools they need to solve complex business challenges and design new-to world solutions.
