PIRCH recently entered the retail landscape as one of the most exceptional innovators in the past 30 years. They exist to inspire moments of joy in the home, and happen to do so with appliance and plumbing products showcased in stunning 25,000 sq.ft. showrooms supported by expert, unbiased advisors, in-house white glove service logistics and a flawless guest experience. And despite what many initially expect when they walk in, none of this costs a premium. PIRCH came to Bulldog Drummond needing to design an equally compelling and differentiated digital strategy that would positively impact every facet of the business.
We designed a project journey to help PIRCH carefully think through what digital means for their business. Working intimately with their leadership team, we mapped the current guest experience, looking at it for homeowners, designers, architects and builders to help identify how and where technology should complement, augment and optimize the existing business. Evaluating the current technology platform and digital presence, we carefully outlined the needs of their various stakeholders and designed a clear and compelling strategy that painted a picture of how the PIRCH leadership team expects digital to enhance the experience and relationship with PIRCH constituents. Our output was a comprehensive framework and a living brief that went out to potential digital parters and is guiding their work every step of the way.
